What do I do if I have a complaint?

In the case of serious complaints, or if your have concerns about criminal activity you should contact the NZ Police. Otherwise, it is recommended you make your complaint directly to our company who will investigate your complaint and we will report back to you with our findings. We are required by law to keep a Complaints Register which is available for inspection by the Land Transport New Zealand (LTNZ).
